We switched out our traditional fast lacing laces with bungee laces that are expandable and won't slip in the lock clip. It lets you slip in and out of your shoe without adjustment. The European leather is breathable and features HAIX® Sun Reflect that keeps sun and it’s resulting heat at bay, keeping your feet about 20% cooler than other black leather boots. NEW Smart Lacing System for Quick In and Out The newer smart lacing system with bungee lacing lets you get in and out without ever again having to tie laces. The expandable bungee laces allow you to slip your feet in and out of your shoes without having to make adjustments, and certainly without the need to tie and untie laces. The smart lacing mechanism locks your laces in place and any extra lacing tucks into the handy lace pocket for a streamlined look. No more tripping or stopping because your laces came untied.
